About Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project.

Yashaswi Academy for Talent Management, a Company incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act 1956 and having its registered office at 7, Amit Court, CTS 95 A, Shivajinagar, and Pune 411005 herein after referred to as “YASHASWI”. Since inception we are providing the most reliable, prompt, and accountable and simplified services to our clients. On 9th May 2018, the Government of Madhya Pradesh through Commissioner of Employment, Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development & Employment Generation Board (MPSSDEGB) has awarded Yashaswi the Contract of Up-gradation and Modernization of Employment Exchanges into Placement Centers in the State of Madhya Pradesh on Public Private Partnership (PPP) Basis for a period of 10 years. The Commissioner of Employment, Directorate of Employment, 6th Floor, Vindhyachal Bhavan, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh has signed the MoU with M/s.Yashaswi Academy for Talent Management Pvt. Ltd, Pune a project which is a first project of its kind in the Country wherein the District Employment Exchanges in 15 Districts ( Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Rewa, Satna, Singrauli, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Indore, Dewas, Dhar, Ujjain, Khargaon, Sagar, Katni, Shahdol ) has been handed over to Yashaswi for Up-gradation & Modernization and to operate as state of art placement centres.

As part of the project Yashaswi has set up well equipped and adequately staffed modernized placement centres with technology and expert staff in to all the specified district employment exchanges. Yashaswi shall provide services to job seekers in private sector with placement support, career counselling, soft skills training & orientation etc as per the latest market trends. Yashaswi shall also provide online facility for jobseekers to do registrations & renewals.

For Employers, Yashaswi shall provide door step services into Placement of Candidates, shall act as a match making point between the Job seekers and the Potential Employers. Shall conduct Job fairs at its premises and as required by the employers across Madhya Pradesh to ensure that the Employers get the right candidates for the right job.

As part of the said project Yashaswi has built a state of art call centre for employment services at Bhopal. The Call centre shall provide online facilities to the job seekers & employers across the state with a toll free number. The other services the call centre shall provide is as under.

Yashaswi has built a state of art Job portal wherein Jobseekers & Employers can register and get various services as under:

  1. Online registration of Job seeker & Employer.

  2. Automated notifications of job openings basis match making to the job seekers

  3. Apply to the jobs available online.

  4. Generate one page resume for job seeker

  5. Online posting of jobs by employer & view the jobs seeker data, receive the data for the people applied for the jobs online.

  6. Information regarding skill training facilities available in Madhya Pradesh

  7. Services available for employers in the employer login access dashboard

  8. Services available for job seekers in the job seeker login access dashboard

  9. Information / communication regarding the job fairs, registration to the job fairs, online job fairs.

Yashaswi Academy for Talent Management is not for Profit Company & a Group Company under the umbrella of Yashaswi Group which is engaged in the Human Resources Services, Skill Development & Training Projects, Placement Services, CSR, and Manpower Outsourcing with services pan India in 23 states.

For the said PPP project a special purpose company Yashaswi Academy for Talent Management Private Ltd has been registered & and has started its operations through the District Employment Exchanges as Placement Centers with its trained manpower in each of the centers.
